Pohutukawa Property Management is a boutique property management company with an emphasis on treating every property as unique and every client with a personalised approach.

Led by founder Anya, we work with a small, hand-picked number of properties, so every owner and tenant gets genuine, personal attention instead of a call-centre experience.

Our Goals

• Personal service: Tailor our management to each owner, property, and tenant.

• Honest communication: Keep you informed with clear, straightforward advice.

• Protect your investment: Act quickly so small issues never become costly ones.

• Lasting tenancies: Build respectful relationships that keep homes well cared for.

• Always improving: Embrace smarter systems and fresh ideas to raise the standard.
